Montgomery Bar Association is pleased to sponsor and administer the Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA) -- a low cost service for dispute resolution of matters that have been or could be filed in civil court or that the parties otherwise want resolved.  At this time we do not provide dispute resolution services for family law cases.  The goal of the program is to provide an opportunity for an expeditious resolution of disputes outside of our courts.  Services are provided through our expert panel of ADR specialists.  All CMA panelists have extensive experience in mediation and arbitration of civil matters.  Each has been carefully selected and has undergone a rigorous review process by the Montgomery Bar Association and its Ad Hoc Dispute Resolution Committee. CMA services are available to individuals, insurance carriers, attorneys, law firms and all other entities.
    The Center for Mediation and Arbitration provides quick, efficient, cost-effective dispute resolution for lawyers, insurance companies, and any members of the public who have a civil dispute or a pretrial case pending in Montgomery, Delaware, Berks, Chester, Bucks, or Philadelphia counties.
  • Our All-Star Panel of Neutrals - includes Discovery Masters, former Common Pleas Judges and some our region's top litigators;

  • Quick Resolution - our clients save time and money by avoiding costly litigation.
