Bruce Pancio , Esq.

Bruce Pancio focuses his practice primarily in the area of business and civil litigation. Over the last 25 years he has handled over a thousand civil lawsuits in small claims court, the Courts of Common Pleas and Federal Court.  In his career, he has tried over 40 cases to verdict in Montgomery County, Bucks County and Lehigh County, and in courts across Pennsylvania. He has also handled cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. As an insurance defense lawyer, he has represented some of the largest insurance companies and their insureds in both first- and third-party claims.

Bruce graduated summa cum laude from Mercyhurst College in 1983 with a degree in Criminal Justice, and in 1986 he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1986.  He is also admitted to the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Bruce is an officer of the Montgomery Bar Association and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  Bruce also sits on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project. In the past, he served as the President of the Montgomery Trial Lawyers Section. Bruce is also a member of the Child Advocacy Committee, for which he volunteers his time to represent children involved in court proceedings.
