Judge Rossanese is a graduate of The LaSalle College High School and LaSalle College (presently LaSalle University).  Subsequent to his graduation from College, he taught Biology and General Science at Overbrool High School in Philadelphia.  Judge Rossanese attended The Delaware Law School (now Widener School of Law), evening division, while at Overbrook and graduated with Widener's first graduating class in 1975.

Judge Rossanese practiced with the Public Defender's Office of Montgomery County on a part-time basis and was named Chief of their Trial Division prior to his leaving the office.  While with the Defender's Office, he also developed his private practice concentrating on the areas of Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Worker's Compensation Litigation and Social Security Disability Litigation until he assumed his duties with the Court of Common Pleas.

Judge Rossanese was appointed to the The Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania's 38th Judicial District (Montgomery County) by Governor Casey in June of 1989, and was subsequently elected to a full ten year term in November of the same year.  He was retained for further ten year term in November of 1999.  He retired from active Judicial service on January 3, 2010.  During his tenure, Judge Rossanese served on all divisions of the Court and was Administrative Judge of the Juvenile Division for three years and of the Civil Division for the last six years of his service.  He is presently available for Arbitrations and Mediations.
