Mark C. Schultz is a bar leader, trial lawyer, trial consultant and neutral.  He has mediated and arbitrated many types of tort cases, including product liability, automobile accidents, premises liability, construction and medical malpractice.  He has a national litigation practice and is recognized as a leader in product liability, construction and subrogation law.  His career is unique in that he represented defendants for over 15 years before restricting his practice to plaintiffs’ cases.  He is very familiar with both points of view. 

Mr. Schultz earned his BA from Clark University in 1971 and his JD from Villanova University in 1975.  He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1975, the Florida Bar in 2008, and the Maryland Bar in 2011.

Mr. Schultz has been named a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics.  He is a member of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, and American Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.  Mr. Schultz served as  an Adjunct Professor at Drexel School of Law.  He has also served on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board, the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Multijurisdictional Practice Commission.  Mr. Schultz served as president of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2000 and the Montgomery Bar Foundation in 2001.  He is a former Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, PA.
