TUESDAY, JULY 8, 2008 Legal Aid delivers legal services to low-income people, victims of domestic abuse and the elderly in our area. This year, Montgomery County Legal Aid will be losing over $100,000 in IOLTA funding due to interest rates (beginning July 1, 2008). Legal Aid needs your help and financial support now! Why not come out and participate in this year's Golf Classic and do your part to help? All proceeds from the 2008 Legal Aid Classic will be donated to Legal Aid. All golfers may participate in the first round of the contest (that is, unless you are a pro golfer). The four golfers closest to the pin on Hole 13 when you tee off will qualify for the final round. Those four golfers will have one shot, from the 187 yard tee, to make a hole-in-one. If someone makes a hole-in-one, they will win $1,000,000! If all four golfers fail to do so, a golf club will be presented to the golfer that makes it closest to the pin. |

Intro to Golf 101 - 2 1/2 hours of fun!
Enjoy all the perks listed above and learn how to play while your fellow golfers are out on the course. You will receive instruction on full swing (grip, address, posture, basic swing), chip, pitch, and putt from the Director of Instruction, Amelia Rorer, who played the LPGA Tour from 1976-1983 and has 23 years of instruction in the Philadelphia area.
