Lancaster, PA - At its annual Conference of County Bar Leaders held in February, the Pennsylvania Bar awarded the Chief Justice John P. Flaherty Award to Past MBA President Mark A. Kearney. This Chief Justice John P. Flaherty Award is not an annual award, but an award only given upon recognition by the leaders of the Bar in 67 Pennsylvania counties.  Kearney was recognized for his outstanding efforts to improve the legal profession, the justice system and the community. More specifically, The Pennsylvania Bar honored Mr. Kearney in recognition of his Presidential leadership of the Montgomery Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Foundation and the Historical Society of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
