PBA Welcomes MBA's C. Dale McClain as President

On Friday, June 6th, 2008 dozens of MBA members, Zone 9 delegates, bar members and leaders from throughout Pennsylvania gathered for C. Dale McClain's first PBA House of Delegates Meeting at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA.  This was one of several events held this week to celebrate the much anticipated "passing of the gavel" to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s 114th President, Montgomery County’s own, C. Dale McClain.  McClain is a past-president of the MBA (1990) and has been an active member of our bar association since joining in 1973.  In addition to being the first solo practitioner to serve as PBA President, McClain is also the first Montgomery Bar Association lawyer to serve as PBA President since Desmond McTighe was handed the PBA gavel in 1963.
