The MBA launched this year's “'Ought to Be a Law!” YouTube Video Contest, to promote awareness of the law and to remind us all of the importance of law in our society. The contest is open to Pennsylvania residents of all ages—no one is too young or too old to enter!  This is an excellent project for students and educators--and a fun approach to the law for everyone!  The contest is sponsored by the MBA and the Montgomery Bar Foundation and offers participants a chance to win $1,000 in one of two categories:

(1) Under 18 and;
(2) Age 18 and Over.

Videos should be no more than three minutes in length and relate to the topic "There Ought to Be a Law!" in a creative and original manner.  Please note the change in deadline date for entries.  Entries will be accepted between now and Friday, November 6, 2009.  The videos will be judged by the MBA Community Outreach Committee (members of the Committee and their families are not eligible to participate).  Below are resources to help you get started.  Please scroll down to view our video intro.
