|Steve Lupin is the Managing Partner of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin in Lansdale and is Past-President (2010) of the Montgomery Bar Association. He has litigated almost every aspect of personal injury, business and commercial litigation. A graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, Steve received his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University. Steve has served as President of the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association. He is a long-time member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association) and has authored a column on Commercial Litigation in the Pennsylvania Association for Justice News for the past twelve years. Steve has been appointed a Zone 9 Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is also Past-President of the Montgomery American Inn of Court. Steve is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society by invitation composed of less than one-half of one percent of American Lawyers. He received the honor of Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy of Temple University. He is a senior counsel member of the College of Master Advocates and Barristers. In 2009, Steve was presented with the Montgomery Bar Association's Henry Stuckert Miller Public Service Award. An avid tennis player, Steve and his wife Linda live in Blue Bell. Linda is the owner of The Paper Umbrella which provides invitations and accessories for social events. They have two children, Ben, who is an ERISA lawyer and Director of Compliance/General Counsel for Corporate Synergies Group, Inc. in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and Elyse, who is a marketing manager for Xfinity at Comcast in Philadelphia. Steve and Linda are also very proud of their grandson, Ari.
