|Mr. Lefevre is a partner at Morrow Tompkins Trueblood & Lefevre. Mr. Lefevre concentrates a significant part of his practice on estates and trusts, including Orphan's Court litigation. He is a candidate for the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at, and received the Estate Planning Certificate at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law. Mr. Lefevre also practices extensively in the area of general civil litigation. Formerly of the Intellectual Property Group of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia, Mr. Lefevre's practice includes a focus on trademark and copyright matters, both prosecution and litigation. He received his Juris Doctor from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law. Mr. Lefevre is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, the Montgomery Estate Planning Council, and the Copyright Society of the USA.
Mr. Lefevre is active in the Montgomery Bar Association, and is Chair of the Probate and Tax Section, and Chair of the Lawyer's Assistance Committee. He is the Immediate Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Intellectual Property Law Section.
