|Professional Experience: Michelle Portnoff is the co-founder (with her father, Alan B. Portnoff) of Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd., a law firm whose sole focus is the collection of delinquent real estate taxes and municipal user fees. Under her direction, the firm grew from a three-person office representing five municipalities, to an eighty-person office, representing more than ninety municipalities and school districts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Professional Memberships and Activities: Ms. Portnoff is on the Board of Governors of Gratz College in Melrose Park, PA. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Florida and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Montgomery, Chester and Delaware County bar associations. She is a frequent speaker on issues involving collection of delinquent real estate taxes and municipal claims. She serves on the Service Associate Member Advisory Council of the Pennsylvania School Business Administrators (PSBA) and is an Associate Member of the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officers (PASBO), the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), the Pennsylvania Council of Governments (PACOG), and the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA).
