Member Bio

Nego is an attorney with the Pile Law Firm, LLC.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Prior to law school, Nego was selected by the Council on Legal Education Opportunity to be a Thurgood Marshall Fellow during the summer of 1995 at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Nego practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning and administration, real estate, bankruptcy, and social security law. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. He is a volunteer with Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program where he has handled real estate, probate and guardianship cases; and the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project where he provides pro bono assistance to clients seeking bankruptcy relief. Nego is currently on the Board of the Montgomery Bar Association and co-chair of the Ad Hoc Business Development Subcommittee, a subcommittee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Minority Bar Committee. As the first person to head this subcommittee Nego organized and moderated the committee's first business development forum: Blazing Business Trails - How to Be More Productive at Marketing and Business Development. He has served as a speaker and panelist at various Bar events including the PBA's Law Day; The Rise, Existence and Fall of a Law Practice; Clarence Darrow: Crimes, Causes and the Courtroom - Controversy Conflicts Challenge; and the Montgomery Bar Association's How to Hang a Shingle Without Hanging Yourself.
