Ken Milner is Special Counsel to the Blue Bell firm of Kraut Harris, P.C. Ken is a two-time President's Award recipient of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is the Immediate Past Chair of the PBA's Solo & Small Firm Practice Section. He concentrates his practice in the fields of franchise, real estate, corporate and business law.
While General Counsel for the world's second largest transmission franchise, Ken practiced throughout the United States and Canada. During that time, he was also an advisor to the office of the Consumer Advocate of Dade County, Florida, and the Better Business Bureau of the State of Maryland. He was appointed the first Chair of the Franchise Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association, and has continued to serve as its Chair for over two decades.
Ken is a long-time member of the Montgomery County Realtor/Attorney Liaison Committee, which he chaired for several years. The Committee is comprised of Realtors, attorneys and other real estate professionals who explore cutting edge real estate matters in Pennsylvania, and act as mediators and advisors to other Realtors and attorneys.
For over a dozen years, Ken was an instructor of real estate, franchise and business law at The Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia. Ken is a certified mediator and arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association, and Franchise Arbitration and Mediation Services.
