|Greg Voshell is an associate with Elliott Greenleaf & Siedzikowski, P.C. He has extensive experience representing clients in federal courts in complex commercial, corporate, and employment matters. He has been involved in broad range of cases involving complex federal statutes, including pharmaceutical drug disputes, federal and state trademark actions, RICO actions, and civil rights matters. In addition, Mr. Voshell has defended numerous nationwide and regional wage-and-hour class actions, involving both the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state labor laws. He has litigated in federal courts throughout the country, including in Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee, Arkansas, Minnesota, Maryland, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Elliott Greenleaf & Siedzikowski, Mr. Voshell served as a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Yohn, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also spent a semester as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Voshell received a J.D. summa cum laude from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor for the Villanova Law Review.
