|Mr. Yusem is a full-time Neutral who serves as a mediator, arbitrator, early neutral evaluator, special master or facilitator.
He currently serves as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee as well as the Commercial Subcommittee of the Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission Advisory Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is past Chair of the American Bar Association Arbitration Committee within the Section of Dispute Resolution. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law (Dispute Resolution) at Cornell University Law School having formerly served on the commercial arbitration faculty of the American Arbitration Association.
Having achieved Fellowship status with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he is also a Fellow of the prestigious 200-member College of Commercial Arbitrators, and he is a certified arbitrator and mediator with Construction Dispute Resolution Services. Additionally, he is accredited as a mediator by the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution in London and by the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Yusem is a former president of the Montgomery County Bar Association, and founding president of the Montgomery Bar Foundation. He is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
