| Paulyne A. Gardner-Smith is a Partner in the Complex Liability Group at Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst, LLC. She focuses her practice on pharmaceutical litigation, medical malpractice and environmental mass torts at both the state and national levels. Paulyne also has extensive appellate experience, having briefed and argued appeals at both the state and federal levels, as well as a background in bad faith litigation and insurance coverage. A graduate of Muhlenberg College and Temple University School of Law, she has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 1997. |
