|A fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys, Craig B. Bluestein is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Currently a member of the Pennsylvania, Montgomery, Monroe County, and the New Jersey Bar Associations, he is a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Montgomery Bar Association. Over the years, he has chaired and lectured at numerous conferences concerning family law, adoption, dependency, and delinquency law, and handled many agency and independent adoption matters, intrastate and interstate, both contested and uncontested, at the trial and appellate level, in addition to numerous and varied matrimonial law cases at all levels. Since 2000, he has served as an Assistant Public Defender in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in the Juvenile Division, where he has acted as Guardian Ad Litem in representing thousands of children at permanency, dependency, delinquency, termination of parental rights, and other legal proceedings, at the trial and appellate levels. Recently, he was an adjunct professor at Montgomery County Community College, teaching Evidence and Juvenile Justice. From 2006 to 2009, he served as Chair of the Children's Rights Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Mr. Bluestein received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.
