Karen L. Tucci focuses her practice in insurance defense civil litigation. Her areas of practice include premises liability defense and auto liability defense.
In 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2916, Karen was named a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" by Thomson Reuters, publishers of Pennsylvania "Super Lawyers."
Before joining Walsh Pancio LLC, now Pancio Law Group, LLC, Karen focused her practice on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and long-term care providers in medical malpractice cases, as well as on complex litigation matters for insurance companies including civil rights and commercial vehicle transportation litigation.
Karen received a B.A. in Labor & Industrial Relations and a B.A. in French Language and Literature from Penn State University in 1998. She received a minor in International Relations. During her junior year at Penn State, Karen spent a semester in Paris, France, and studied at L'Ecole Commerciale de la Chambre de Commerce de Paris. After graduating from Penn State, Karen received her Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova, Karen completed an externship with The Delaware County Legal Aid Office and represented individuals in Protection From Abuse matters.
Karen is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Middle District of Pennsylvania.
She is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association. In 2014, Karen served as the Vice Chair for the Montgomery Bar Association's Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee. In 2015, Karen served as Chair of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee. Karen is a member of the Montgomery Trial Lawyers. She is an active member of The Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project.
Karen is married with 4-year old twins, Thomas and Sienna. She lives in Souderton with her husband, John.
