|Bob represents businesses in litigation under all aspects of Federal and State labor and employment law. Bob has tried jury and non-jury trials, as well as arbitrations and mediations. He advises management with regard to unfair labor practice charges. He works with clients regarding the creation of employee handbooks, non-competition agreements, and issues surrounding hiring and firing employees.
Bob received his bachelor's degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 1999. Bob received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2002.
