|Ethan O'Shea graduated from Bucknell University in 1990 and obtained his J.D. from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1993. Following his graduation from law school, Ethan was hired as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Edward G. Biester, Jr. in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. He then served in the Bucks County District Attorney's Office from 1994 through 1999. While in the District Attorney's Office, where he obtained the rank of Senior Deputy District Attorney, Ethan prosecuted a wide variety of crimes but specialized in the prosecution of child abuse and sexual assault cases. Ethan joined Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin in the Fall of 1999 where he is a member of the litigation group and concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, employment litigation and general commercial litigation. Ethan is the 2014 Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association Employment Law Committee, and previously served as a co-chair of that Committee. He leads the Employment Law Group at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell and Lupin. Ethan serves as Vice President of the Plymouth Community Ambulance Association, has been a volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Montgomery and Bucks County, and has served as a board member for the Montgomery County Victim-Offender Conference program. In addition, Ethan regularly lectures in the areas of employment law and criminal defense.
