Find a Lawyer (Step 1 of 5)

There are 5 simple steps you need to complete in order to submit a request to the Lawyer Referral Service at the Montgomery Bar Association.  When the steps are complete, you will receive the name of an attorney that is qualified to help you with your case.

You will also agree to go or call the lawyer's office and pay the lawyer $40.00 for a half-hour consultation, except for Workers' Compensation and Social Security cases.  You are to make your own arrangements with the lawyer regarding his or her services or fees.

In the event of any disputes concerning fees, You agree to arbitrate it before the Fee Dispute Commitee of the Montgomery Bar Association and to accept its decision as final.
