The Montgomery County Elder Law Handbook, in its 7th edition is now available.  This highly anticipated release for 2008, provides the most up-to-date information concerning seniors available at time of publication.  The Elder Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association accepts responsibility for monitoring issues and changes in law that influence our county's seniors and review and update this publication regularly as part of their ongoing contribution to public outreach.  We hope that you will find this handbook valuable!

The 2008 Elder Law Handbook is currently available online in PDF format (free of charge).  Hard copies can be obtained at the MBA Building and via public agencies and facilities throughout Montgomery County.  If you would like a copy to be mailed to you FREE of charge, please contact our Publications Department at 610-994-3669, or send an e-mail to: publications@montgomerybar[dot]org with your name and mailing address.
