All motions"respecting discovery" in civil cases are subject to the provisions of Local Rule 4019* - Discovery Master.  If such a motion is answered in opposition on or before the call of the list on rule return date, the matter is automatically listed for argument before the Discovery Master at 9:00 a.m. on the Friday of the week in which the rule was made returnable.  Please check the MCCH TV billboards for courtroom assignment.
