Summary

AI tools are changing how real estate lawyers draft, review, and manage transactions. This one-hour program focuses on practical use and the ethical rules that govern it. During this program you will experience demonstrations in Claude, Claude Cowork, Microsoft Copilot, Lexis, and ChatGPT, with examples pulled from real estate practice. The speaker will walk you through a risk ladder for deciding how carefully to approach any AI task, how to review a vendor's privacy policy before entering client information, and how to handle billing ethically when AI contributes to the work. After this program, you will have:

1. Familiarity with five AI tools and where each one fits in a real estate practice.

2. A working method for assessing the risk of any AI task before starting.

3. A clear approach to privacy policy review and ethical billing when AI is part of the workflow.
