Moderator(s): Aimee L. Kumer, Esq.

Speaker(s): Michael J. Molder, Esq.

Topic: Contractual disputes and business torts lead to commercial litigation. Proving the breach is only the first step in reaching a recovery. Plaintiff must also prove damages. Those damages may consist of lost profits or a diminution of the value of plaintiff's business or, in rare cases, a bit of both. Understanding lost profits and business value are key to assessing those claims for damages. This course will introduce those concepts and help you understand if and when they apply.
