Topic: Robert F. Morris and Seth D. Wilson of Morris Wilson Knepp Jacquette, P.C. will provide tips and techniques derived from lessons learned from a medical malpractice case they tried twice to two different juries with opposite outcomes. They will discuss the lessons learned from the first trial which resulted in a defense verdict, as well as how they put those lessons to use in the second trial, after being granted a new trial on appeal. The second trial resulted in a seven figure jury verdict
