Topic: This 1.5 hour CLE will consist of 1 hour substantive and 0.5 hours ethics. The presenters will discuss substantive and ethical issues with representing individuals who are medical marijuana patients and will cover: Federalism, employment discrimination, drug testing, workers' compensation, Second Amendment issues, DUI laws and the "odor of cannabis" as probable cause.
