Potential options, for example, T visa (Trafficking), Asylum, U visa and V A W A (Victims of Crime and Domestic Violence), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), adoption and updates re Special Immigration Juvenile (SIJ) process: requirements and guidelines on eligibility; and available resources. 3. Identifying and handling possible conflicts regarding representation. 4. Best practices for interviewing children and their families; and resources for help.
