Topic: The #MeToo movement has sparked a wave of accusations from women with claims of sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation. The media highlights the lists of high profile (alleged) harassers. Aside from the day to day news of the latest powerful man to go down, there are less high profile accusations made constantly against employers - claims that more traditionally end up with the EEOC or in court., rather than the front page of the newspaper. Employers of all sizes need to know the scope of sexual harassment, and strongly consider what they need to do now to prepare for the sexual harassment or discrimination claim.
Registration: Lunch and registration will begin at 12:00 pm
Registration on the web for this CLE is not available at this time. Please contact the bar association if you have questions at 610-279-9660, ext. 211.
