Location: 1/2 CLE Room
Credits: 1.0 Hour Ethics
Moderator(s): Marc D. Jonas, Esq.
Speaker(s): Daniel J. Siegel, Esq.
Topic: Many lawyers have proceeded into the technology age kicking and screaming. They know it's how they should use it, they understand -- but may not admit -- that it makes them more efficient. But in the end, it seems that many lawyers are only adopting technology because they must. Not because they should. This practice program will highlight how lawyers can adopt technology, regardless of skill level, while also complying with their ethical obligation to be technologically competent.
