Our mission is to end and prevent child abuse and neglect in Montgomery County through legal services, advocacy and education.

Who are we? We are a team of volunteer trained lawyers who make a difference in the life of an abused or neglected child.

We empower an abused child to:
  • Begin to heal,
  • Build self-esteem,
  • Believe in themselves,
  • Learn to trust,
  • Love and be loved,
  • Be a kid!

We help kids be kids and recapture their childhoods! We give children roots to grow and wings to fly. We advocate for our kids, so that they will be the SUPERHeroes they were born to be!

MCAP is a 501(c)(3) organization located in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
