Topic: While an attorney is not required by Title 20 Chapter 54 of the P.E.F. Code, most attorneys will include a Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will as part of their clients' Estate Planning documents. Often, little attention is given to the drafting of this form; however, clients may spend more time on these issues during the consult and at the signing meeting. Be prepared to answer their concerns.
