Topic: This seminar will provide a technical and practical overview of the virtual Court protocols in Montgomery County. The technical portion will cover the nuts and bolts of the technology platform utilized by the Court for hearings and trials occurring virtually in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. There will also be a practical discussion of the basics of virtual Court protocols from our bench. Thereafter, a focused discussion will follow with practice tips for members of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. The tips from members of our bench will include practice in Orphans Court as well as the Family and Civil divisions.
